How do I get started?

Send us your written content along with any additional project details and we get to work. Specify what you need and when you need it. If you are not delighted with the order, you don’t pay.

 

How are the prices for your writer service calculated?

We have three order types: Standard, Multimind and Premium.

  • Standard orders offer a fixed rate per word that varies with the experience level of the writers.
  • Multimind offers three writers and an editor to pull their work together and make sure it meets and exceeds your needs. Some writers are funnier than others on a given day. Flow, mood, alcohol consumption…you name it. All are factors in the creative process of adding humor. Three heads are always better than one.
  • Premium gets you our best writers and editors. They can make just about anything funnier and do it fast.

You determine the level that’s best for the project. Prices are then calculated as a combination of how many writers, their level and word count.

 

Are these quality services?

Can I keep using my favorite writers?

The short answer is yes. This however depends on their availability. If your project has a tight turnaround time we will recommend another writer who we are confident will deliver similar great results.

 

Can you write the content from scratch? 

No. Why? Because getting to know your topic, company expertise or core product offering is a lengthy process and one you are best placed to do. You write it and we will happily punch it up (comedy speak for make it funnier).

 

Do you check content for duplication and plagiarism?

Yes. We do. It should be noted however that humor is often drawn from current media references, pop culture or politics. Some items build upon existing jokes or re purposed content, and ultimate responsibility for acceptance and subsequent publication of any humor suggestions lie with the client.

 

Do I own the copyright on the content I buy?

Yes. You own the copyright of any content produced on FunnyBizz. You do not own the copyright for any copy that you do NOT approve or pay for. Copyright is transferred upon payment. We do our best to ensure the copy is original but do note ultimate responsibility resides with the client.

 

How can I pay?

You can pay with any major credit card or PayPal.

 

We’ve hired hundreds and provided services for hundreds. We understand both sides of the contract and will be fair to all. If your experience were not fun and our copy not funny then we would have to change our name. “Not FunnyBizz” just isn’t as catchy.

 

Processing time?

3-5 business days as standard. Premium service can increase this to 24 hours or less.
